This is pretty easy. Just about any of the Marvel superheroes could defeat him, Superman, any Master Jedi or Sith Lord, the Terminator, the Predator, Neo, Agent Smith, skilled Harry Potter characters, skilled Wizards and Elves from LOTR, Rambo, Ellen Ripley, and many more.
I just don't know why no one tries to remove his head from his body...that's all you gotta do.

2nd choice would be one of the snipers from "Saving Private Ryan", who was able to shoot his victim in the eyeball.
Finally, the Alien in "Alien". Not only would it make for a fun film, but Jason would have problems with the acid.
