I think 'Pierrot le Fou' was the creepiest episode.

Especially the part at the end where Mad Pierrot freaks out and then gets stepped on in the big robot parade. I found myself feeling pity for Pierrot.
What do you think?

It was pretty creepy, especially when the bad guy freaked out at Spike's eyes, which reminded me of how Spike himself was experimented on and his eye was replaced.

Is this the one with that creepy carnival music at the end? It was one of the weirdest episodes.

reply

Yep, it was that one.

Most certainly.

Boycott movies that involve real animal violence! (and their directors too)

One of my favorite episodes of the series. Definitely the creepiest atmospheric episode in the entire show. Pierrot creeped me out, which is pretty hard to do.

The showdown at the end was wonderfully done and watching Spike get his ass handed to him at the beginning so easily was shocking to say the least.

Definitely I think it was the creepiest episode. The concept that he was essentially immortal and enjoyed killing for the sake of killing was intense!

Everything about this episode was great, from Spike wandering into the wrong place at the wrong time and the final showdown.

I wonder how Pierrot le Fou became such a master hacker though. He knew how to send a message to Spike when he didn't even know Spike's name.

It WAS! The animation and how it was put together on top of the story. And that amusement park at the end with that creepy music - should have been happy but very minor key with the cheerful parade floats, were very unsettling.

My favorite part of the episode was Faye going down to help him out. Didn't go at all well, but she made the effort to help him by doing something that had no financial benefit to her. First thing she did that I actually liked.

We're all stories in the end. Just make it a good one.

He was very formidable and yeah extremely creepy.
I still remember him breaking the bulletproof window and killing the target inside.

And he's afraid of cats!
Awesome villain.
