I'm hoping a fan of this show can help me?

Hi, I'm hoping a true fan of this show, (and the fans of the other wb shows out around 2000) who saw every episode can help answer a question of mine that I've been trying to figure out for years.

I remember being at a friends house back in late 2000, early 2001 and them having some wb show on in the background (I'm almost positive it was a wb show because I remember it following a show that I knew was a wb show, right after). The show seemed like a drama and was with some older kids that seemed like they were in high school, boarding school or some sort of college maybe. The episode that I saw that night had some of the kids tie down a guy in a chair, with no shirt on. The guy was tall, thin, pale, veiny, I believe dark hair, nice eyes and attractive.
I have been trying to figure out what this show was called, that I saw that night, for many years, so that I can find out what that actors name is and what that episode I saw was.

I did a search of shows aired on wb in 2000 and I came across this show, I was hoping maybe it was it. I would really appreciate if someone can confirm this. And if it wasn't this show, maybe someone happens to know what show it is that I am talking about. Thank you!
