I cant seem to work out who was in the wrong, and it probably doesnt help that I cant drive and dont know much about the highway code.

I've only seen it once but I'm pretty sure its Gavin's fault. If he's the one changing lanes then he's the one at fault. That's how it works.

They were both late and driving in heavy traffic trying to get where they were going in a hurry. I'm not sure which one was technically to blame.

It was Bens characters fault, he was on the phone and made Samuel's character crash into the safety water container things

Yeah, but Jackson's character was writing down what he was going to say in front of the judge and wasn't paying attention to the road. I think they were both at fault.
