Where did the "4 grand slam's in a row" come from? Wouldnt have a depiction of him winning 1 grand slam be enough? has any golfer ever won the grand slam? it is ovbviously a great speech at a great part in the movie, but the writers must have loved Woods.

Four Grand Slam events could be the meaning. I think at one point Tiger Woods was Champion of all 4 Grand Slam events.

I think the use of four rather than one points out the extraordinary nature of that achievement. Instead of just being a Black caddy, he went to fight to have his own destiny.
