I know this question might be silly for most of you, but I'm not American or English or European. I want to know what TIGER WOODS is. I've seen this movie and I love it, but I don't understand the scene when DOYLE is talking about a Tiger Woods commercial.

Regarding the bar scene and Samuel L. Jackson's vision of a great Tiger Wood's golf commercial: He mentions Tiger Wood's winning "4 Grand Slams in a row" in those words. He should have said "four grand slam events in a row". The former would have you believe that he won The Grand Slam for four years straight or 16 majors in a row. Samuel L. Jackson is something of a golf fanatic and should know better. If it was directed to be that way, then I believe the director took the wrong artistic approach portraying Jackson's character as ignorant.
