Sam accomplised so much....Spoilers
Starting with changing his sons perspective on life...telling his ex that he always loved her and opened her heart....Getting her husband to appreciate his kids....getting Josh to stop prostituting young men....brought the neighbors together.....built the girl a house for free and letting his son present it to her.....That's all i could think of does anyone have more?
