Films about film

What other self-reflexive films are there or about the creative process in general? A friend of mine pointed out that I seem to watch a lot of those. My favorites are (in no particular order):

-Stardust Memories (and a lot of other Woody Allen films)
-8 1/2
-Adaptation
-Hour of the Wolf
-Synecdoche, New York
-Man Bites Dog

Perhaps it's the investigation of artistry that I like or even just exploration of the self. I feel like it's easy to fail at self-consciousness though (see Seven Psychopaths). I guess in general my favorite filmmakers to do this so far are Fellini, Woody Allen, Bergman, and Charlie Kaufman.
