The difference with Darcy is she had many stories and she was mentioned even after she was gone. Also, the actress was in more things like 90210 and Scream 4. If I made a list everyone who had a bad send off/just left show, then JT and Mia would be in that list with Darcy.
shareBesides Darcy, Kendra had the worst sendoff. I mean, she was the sister to practically the leading male character. To think Spinners sister wouldn't be around for the shooting, the aftermath of the shooting, his cancer, and his wedding is ridiculous. She was never even mentioned. It was seriously like she didn't exist.
Someone like Chris Sharpe to me doesn't matter because his only story was being Emma's rebound boyfriend after Sean.
I really agree with Kendra, she was the top of the list and I added the other characters I thought mattered.
I disagree with Chris, because he was on the show, before he was even a rebound for Emma. The last episode I remember with him in, is when he's teasing Emma in class for having gonorrhea. To me if he was just another rebound he would show up after the break up with Sean and not even appear in Season 4. Just saying.

The only students I really care about are Kendra and Dave because they seemed more relevant than those other characters. Kendra was a really likable character I would liked to have seen more of her. She just disappeared like she never even existed at all. And then there's Dave, his sudden disappearance irritated me the most because he was on the show for a few years and played a pretty significant role as Ali's boyfriend and Drew's best friend. He and Ali broke up so he wasn't useful in that department anymore and Drew became all chummy with Dallas so I guess they just got rid of him. That seems to be the main reason why characters get black-holed: writers run out of ideas for their character.
