Here's what I would have said to Terri at girls' night at Paige's house if I were Hazel and picked up on everything

Here's what I would have said to Terri at girls' night at Paige's house if I were Hazel and picked up on everything;

Hazel: You know, Terri, I think we should go to the police and file charges.

Terri: Maybe. I don't know.

Hazel: Well, Terri, Rick needs some sort of consequence or he'll just keep doing it.

Terri: Well, I don't think I can do this just yet.

Hazel: What about your dad?

Terri: He'll be too disappointed in me. I don't think I could handle it.

Hazel: No, he wouldn't! He'd want to lock Rick away and throw away the key.

Terri: He'd be so disappointed in me for not breaking off our relationship that one time Rick grabbed me by the arm in the alley.

Hazel: Hold up, Terri. No! No! OK, look at me. This isn't on you. You didn't do anything wrong. You just love him.

Terri: I did. I loved him. And you know, that's what makes me so mad, is he's still there. He exists. This guy who is smart and ambitious and who made me feel like I was the best thing that ever happened to him. He's still there and he still wants me and I still want him.

Hazel: I know. I know, it sucks. But, Terri, the one half of Rick can't justify the other. It's still who he is right now. Maybe always.

Terri: Thank you for being here still.

Hazel: I just want what's best for you.

Terri: OK, I'll end it with Rick as soon as possible and I'll talk to my dad and then tomorrow after school, we'll talk to Ms. Suave and then go to the police and file charges.

Hazel: Both your dad and Ms. Suave will want to know everything start to finish.
