When Caitlin bought Joey's house from Sydney

Here's what I think could have also been said in the part of the episode, Time Stands Still where Caitlin stopped by Sydney's office and bought Joey's house from her;

Caitlin Ryan: Sydney, I'd really like to talk about what happened last Christmas.

Sydney: Oh god. We're doing this. Okay, Caitlin, give it your best shot.

Caitlin Ryan: I'm really sorry, Sydney. I wish I could have sorted out my feelings for Joey sooner and I know I hurt you. I was wrong.

Sydney: Look, Caitlin, I was just mad and embarrassed when Joe dumped me for you. It has been really hard on me for a while but if you hadn't spoiled all of the time and effort that I put into my relationship with Joe, I would have stayed in a relationship with a man who wasn't really in love with me and I'm glad I found out before we went any further in that relationship.

Caitlin Ryan: Thank you for being so good to me, Sydney. You have every right not to be.

Sydney: I'm happy, Caitlin and I'm in a better place now and I'm so glad you and Joe are so happy together too.

Caitlin Ryan: Thank you, Sydney.

Man..I can't believe how many years ago that episode was now. I was pregnant with my son and about to pop at the time. He's now a few months past having turned 15. I remember I was afraid I was going to miss the big controversial episode but I think I caught it just before I was induced.

Actually, I just went back and looked and it didn't air until AFTER he was born by a few months. I'm not sure why I thought it was before I was born. Unless the episode/season was hyped up for a few months. Really strange.I remember for some reason being afraid I was going to miss an episode. Strange how we remember things sometimes.

I bet things were frosty between Caitlin and Sydney from the episode, Holiday to the episode, Time Stands Still, huh? I guess it must have been awkward for Sydney since Caitlin spoiled all of the time and effort into her relationship with Joey and all and she doesn't want to have anything to do with Caitlin because of it. The episode, Time Stands Still was the first and only time Caitlin and Sydney ever interracted with each other since the episode, Holiday which could have meant Sydney was almost ready to talk about it and I'm sure Caitlin wanted Sydney to know that she's sorry that she hurt her.
