Here's what I would have done if I were Terri and Rick was hurting me

If I were Terri, I would have broken up with Rick from the start and got a restraining order against him. She said she could handle herself .. no she couldn't. And what I have to say about the part of the Never Gonna Give You Up episode where Terri's friends invited her to hang out with them after school and Terri said she should check with Rick first and the part where Rick set certain times to see her friends which was only in school is that Terri had every right to hang out with her friends anytime other than at school without asking Rick's permission and you shouldn't be controlled by anyone. She didn't do anything to him. She wasn't hurting his feelings. It was his own insecurities and wanting to be in control etc ... once you take away abusers power, they can't handle it.
