Memento wasn't the first to do it. Stanley Kubrick was doing it with The Killing back in the 50s.

The Killing wasn't inverse chronology like Memento and Irreversible, it was more akin to the structure of Pulp Fiction : all mixed-up.

Memento wasn't in inverse chronological order. The middle act is completely mixed up.

If so, why did you say that Memento was the first to do it , if it's not the same concept as Irréversible?

Because its similar. Too many people on this site claim Nolan to be the greatest most original filmmaker ever. Its annoying.
