What I mean by that is that Carol fell in love with Scott didn't she?....I mean who wouldn't, he was good looking, romantic and kind. So when he turns into your grandad at the end, major disapointment. I would have said, "Hey, if their is any magic left, can you just change back into Scott for just the wedding night maybe?"........Not that I am shallow!!!!!

Yes, and some early scenes of SC3 were filmed with Carol as the traditional "Mrs Claus" but the director felt it didn't really work so let her go back to just being herself.
On the matter of just looking like Santa on Christmas Eve, there was an episode of "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" where she meets a friend of her aunt's - called Barry I think. He is just a normal looking guy but it turns out he is Santa and he grows the beard etc just ready to deliver on Christmas Eve. There was also an episode of "Fairly Odd Parents" where Santa was shown as being a slim businessman with a neat goatee beard in an office called "Kringle & Co." I think. The fairies "zap" him with their magic on Christmas eve and turn him into the traditional fat, full-bearded Santa :-)
My mom got me the 3 set of these movies and after watching the second one she pretty much said the same thing!!!

shareI also agree. Not fair that an ordinarily young(ish) somewhat athletic guy turns into a gray haired large size bag of nougat to be Santa.
Just like when he slowly Santafied after getting the job and later de-Santafying when he needed to find a wife, why couldn't he de-Santafy right after Christmas, and start re-Santafying right after Thanksgiving? (whew! that was tough to type out!)
I figured that's what he does every year; de-Santafy on Dec 26 and re-Santafying after the third Thursday of November.
Of course, most stores would want to have him re-Santafy after the 4th of July.
