It really is delivered perfectly...

I like when Charlie Sheen doesn't get it the lady cop keeps getting out food to show him. He says something like she broker her weiner? LOL!

This line and the lady cop's hat that keeps growing for no apparent reasons are the best scenes in the movie imo. Just because they are so dumb you can't help but laugh.
