Shouldn't compare 3 and on to 1 + 2

Though all the movies are part of the "Scary Movie" franchise, the Wayans brothers' films (SM 1 & 2) are very different in feel, tone, and style than 3 and on.

I enjoyed the first 2, but prefer the 3rd in that I love David Zucker movies. This is the man who helped bring us "Top Secret," "Airplane!," "The Naked Gun," etc. It's a different brand of humor, involving shtick. And it's GOOD shtick.

Zucker (and Abrahms) have the gift of creating true comedy out of absurdity and creating unique jokes and goofs. I'm not down-playing the comedy of the first two films, as I laughed my keister off, but it's just a different style of humor.

3 and 4 were practically responsible for all these crappy "spoofs" that are being made today so screw them.

I think Not Another Teen Movie is responsible for many of the other spoofs today. Having said that, I enjoyed Not Another Teen Movie a lot too.

while that is true, 3 and 4 were actually good movies unlike those spoofs. its not this movies fault that some other movies were *beep* at trying to cash in on its sucess.
