The most unrealistic thing about this movie was......

He was afraid about going to Otisville "Club Fed" Prison?? Not really that tough of a prison. We're not talking about a state prison like Attica or Sing Sing here. Well, on second thought those crooked stock brokers, tax evaders, and high level drug kingpins are pretty scary individuals!

As a criminal defense lawyer I can tell you that Federal Prisons are rarely "Club Feds" any more. 1st, he wouldn't be housed with stock brokers, tax evaders, etc. He'd be in a max unit with drug dealers and all types of violent offenders. Federal law has expanded to cover many violent crimes. Think of the dude he worked for - want to be housed with him and his crew? There is plenty of violence wherever we cage people like animals. Also, he didn't mess up his face so he wouldn't be a "pretty boy". Obviously that would heal very quickly. He needed to show the inmates that he was a tough guy and would fight back big time.
Too bad he didn't get to see Wrigley Field. My favorite place.
