Was this show only popular because it had a major prime time TV slot? It followed some of the best comedies CBS had to offer on Mondays. If it had been placed somewhere else, I don't think it would have had a ten season run. Even it's lasts couple of years in the Monday night slot, the ratings were diving and I think the viewers got tired of the plot lines. Then they moved it to a new time slot to see how many loyal fans would watch it on Sundays. It didn't turn out so well and it got canceled.
