Vercetti's Ocean View Apartment exists as an Actuality on Miami Strip?!

I think it would be cool if some real estate developer remodeled a domicile identical to the one in the game if it hasn't been done already and charge people to stay in the 'Vercetti Suite'.

I think that strip was realistically illustrated in the Scarface game

Several of the buildings in the game really exist. Watch a few episodes of Miami Vice and you'll see quite a bunch. The show even has a lot of the same music.
