In the bank robbery mission, after the vault is open and the SWAT enter into the building, Cam Jones (the safe man) can die and you can still complete the mission. I've beaten Vice City many times and this never happened before. There is even some dialog between Tommy and Phil about his death.
shareThis has happened to me several times. What's odd is, if Hillary (the getaway driver) dies, you fail the mission...even though he serves no function. Tommy drives the car in the aftermath of the robbery! This also makes the previous mission "The Driver" rather pointless IMO...

Yeah, I remember being angry that Hillary died because it took me forever to beat "The Driver". But I thought it added a something having Cam die. You break him out of prison only to have him die. Poor guy haha. Similar to what happens to Hillary.
