'Hyman Stadium'

Hate to ask it but I cannot find the way to enter the competitions that take place in the stadium ("Hot Ring / Bikes / Dirt Ring" or whatever). Even landed the heli on the roof and tried to find the entrance there - all was in vain.

Any suggestions?
