Drive to Pay'n Spray and
- Start shooting everyone in sight.
- Wait for the cops.
- Kill some cops.
- Get in the car and respray.
- Repeat.
Or sometimes just do that in a random location and then when the cops come try to outrun them to the Pay'n Spray.
