Anyone know this episode? (old or new)
There's an episode I remember of both the old and this version where people in a fenced in cul de sac had their electricity controlled by some observer (Army?) and the Observers shut off the lights and water to all the houses cept one and the neighborhood people got crazy and set the house with lights on fire killing all and in the end the Army people said that the experiment has failed. The experiment was something about if the grid went down could people maintain their sanity.
