What the hell is this movie about? The scenery is nice. A lot of famous and excellent actors. But I have no idea what's going on.
I get that the dad was a teller of tall tales. But where does the fantasy of McGregor come in?
I like odd movies. I like fantasy. Maybe I'll catch on.

shareIt was fairly simple to understand. McGregor plays the young version of the dad. It wouldn't make sense to have the same actor playing himself at 18, 30, and then like 70.
