They didn’t look 36!
I was surprised that this movie is about three 11 year old boys as men, 25 years later, meaning they’re 36.
All actors, Bacon, Penn and Robbins were in their 40s, and looked closer to 45 than they did 40 (especially Tim Robbins with his grey hair.)
So playing 36 was a stretch for me.
