The Second Renaissance parts I and II

Should seriously be made into live action movies..or one big live action movie that's 3 or 4 hours long...I loved those parts in the animatrix out of all the short stories..these two were my favorite, and I absolutely despise watching animes or cartoons of any kind, but these were very well done, oscar worthy too. Anyways, I think if they were to make a prequel, then they should do this, live action. Man introduces the machine, one machine kills someone, the rest of the machine species pays for it, they come back with revenge..thus, the matrix happens, thus zion happens, thus there is "the one" . Please, someone make those into live action films. I always wanted more matrix movies.

I was thinking the same thing.

The film would be the start of the matrix.
But to make it longer you would need a couple of characters.

Char 1) Atheist/Engineer - At the beginning he is just a normal guy who watches everything unfold until the end where he is one of the last remaining fighters. I chose an atheist because almost all films dealing with the fall of man include a religious person.
Char 2) Normal robot - At the beginning he is the bog standard everyday robot but near the end he is upgraded and is there to see the last human enslaved.
Char 3) A religious person/politician these are the ones who can't handle robot equality and is part of the same group who decide to block the sun.

later on
Char 4) A more advanced robot created after humans dump them in the desert.

Secondly there is nothing stopping the producers producing an Animatrix series. I would prefer animation but the series would deal with people who are able to notice the matrix and what happens when they do.

i would like to see a "matrix prequel trilogy" basically done in the way that the second renaissance episodes were done. these 2 episodes were as good as the movies in my opinion. i would love for this to happen but i think its been too long since revolutions and the matrix has died off as far as something new goes.
