Does anyone think this pairing was a bit off? I understand why Tina would be attracted to Helena (she is just like Bette) but I think after everything that went wrong with Bette she would not go for another woman like that so quickly. Tina literally ends things with Bette only to get involved again with someone exactly like her. I just don't understand that but I guess it could mirror real life.
shareYes, the pairing of Tina and Helena was not only a bit off, but wrong in so many ways. Those intimate scenes of Tina and Helena are not my best L Word watching moments. IMHO there was no dynamic chemistry between the two of them. Except for the heart dr, Tina was attracted to women who, as Alice stated, looked like Bette. Even Henry had dark hair. It seem like a rushed relationship, probably because Tina's heart was broken by Bette, thank goodness it did not last long, for me anyway, lol.
