That's a stretch for sure. It might have been foreshadowing if they knew she would be killed off later or if Jenny killed herself which I;m pretty sure almost no one believes.
shareHonestly, I think the show only tried to due attempts at foreshadowing in its final season(foreshadowing that ultimatley led to nothing conclusive). The entire final season felt like (and possibly was) something written to promote another show that never happened so I doubt what you describe was an attempt at foreshadowing for things to come.

I noticed that as well. And I don't think it's a stretch. I do think it was intentional foreshadowing. Whether the writers intended her to die or not, I believe they were at least planning her downward spiral of mental illness.
