Don't Ask Don't Tell

I'm re-watching the episode of Tasha's trial, and I was wondering- are they going to repeal DADT's dishonorable discharges? I couldn't find any information online about them repealing any of them so I was wondering if anyone happened to know anything about it. Thanks :)

Probably not. According to a JAG friend they would have to admit fault, opening them to lawsuits and back pay. And while DADT is officially something we should embrace, sadly to say sometimes (especially in the Infantry), it gets done on a more squad level.

And Tasha needs to take that CIB (Combat Infantry Badge) of her chest. No way she earned it if she was an MP. She should have receives a CAB (Combat Action Badge) which looks way different.

CIB's are for Infantry MOS's only.
