I've read numerous articles online with Ilene Chaiken saying one was in the works, or that she was in the process of writing one. I don't remember ever reading about one, and all of these articles were from 2009, and one also talked about Leisha Hailey's spinoff, so it's not like it got turned into that instead. Did one ever come out? Is there a possibility of one coming out soon? It seems really weird that producers or companies would turn it down after the success of the show and after it was already written, and stars of the show were on board with it.

Sadly, I highly doubt that this would ever happen. I haven't heard or read any articles about a movie being in the works. Plus with certain actors from the cast being busy with their own things these days (i.e., Leisha Hailey has her band, Kate Moennig has her show 'Ray Donovan', Jennifer Beals has a bunch of things in production, etc.). I would be ecstatic though if this were to happen! Only with the original cast of course!
