I think you guys would get a kick out of some of the people on the Ghost in the Shell(1995) board and some of their choices on who should play Major Motoko Kusanagi if a live action film were ever made. Off the top of my head, I think I saw Angelina Jolie(go figure) Kate Beckinsale, Charlize Theron, Jennifer Garner and so on.

I hope it never happens and I'll boycott it if it does. Look at how Aeon Flux turned out for reference. It was just an awful movie. It's hard to pull off what is done in animation in real life.
Those actresses that you listed are indeed hilarious. If a live action movie is made then they'd be better off going with a unknown no-name actress but that won't ever happen because the movie would require a big budget. They're not going to take a gamble like that.
Of those listed, the one i would be the least disappointed with would be Kate Beckinsdale...had they done this 5 years ago.
Now? hmmmm...Olivia Wilde? If Rooney Mara was taller maybe? ScarJo has impressed me by doing many of her fight scenes in the marvel movies. Of course all of these are just in an "if they MUST do it..." kind of vein. My thinking is that they'd have to do so much CGI that 95% of the film would be animated, so at that point why bother? The original movie is also animated and is amazing all on its own.
