Same Universe as Daredevil?

Is this set in the same universe as Daredevil?

It's listed as a spinoff of Daredevil, so I assumed that it was set in the same universe, but I guess not.

Yes it is the same universe, as the scene of Elektra in the Ambulance and with Stick, show what happened after the incident with Bullseye. However their apart from a Devil Tag sprayed on a wall, there are no further characters from The Daredevil Movie

All Marvel based movies take place in the same universe.

I thought all except for X-Men, coz in like X-Men thousands of ppl actually have super powers

-Daredevil, Elektra - Fox Universe 1
-X-men Films - Fox Universe 2 (all 5 movies have been said to be in same universe, even if they have a few inconsistencies)
-Spider-man 1, 2 and 3 - Sony Universe 1
-The Incredible Hulk, Iron man 1, 2, Captain America, Thor - Marvel Universe 1
-Blade 1, 2, 3 - New Line Cinemas Universe 1
- Fantastic 4, Fantastic 4 rise of silver surfer - Fox Universe 3

HULK, Ghost Rider, and probably some other movies are not part of any ongoing or continuing universe as far as i know.

So not all Marvel movies are based in the same universe due to Certain Movie Studios owning the rights to a certain movie
