Who would win in an all-out battle between the Bride from Kill Bill with her katana or Elektra with her sais?

It depends. If you take this silly Jennifer Garner Elektra, maybe it would come out an interesting match. If you take the real Elektra (read Elektra Assassin comic novel) The Bride will be dead even before realizing there's someone else in her room.
