This week is when Welcome to Mooseport comes out. It's Major Competiton is Eurotrip, Against the ropes, and Confession of a Teenage Drama Queen. These are my predictions.

Feb 20-22 weekend top 10:
1. W.T.M. - $25 million
2. Eurotrip - $20 million
3. 50 First Dates - $15 million
4. Against the Ropes - $12 million
5. Miracle: $9 millon
6. Barbershop 2: $7 million
7. C.O.A.T.D.Q. - $5 million
8. Along Came Polly - $3.5 millon
9. You Got Served- $3 million
10. The Butterfly Effect - $2.5 million

Welcome to mooseport has the biggest star power and a hilarious TV Spot, and therefore i think it is going to be # 1.

Yet, It could be dethroned by Eurotrip. With a Drop-Dead Funny Trailer, Many Celebrity Cameos, and it's association to the hits Road Trip and Old School, i think it's going to make $20 mil easy. It's Targeted audience are the young adult demographic, and i think will work. nonetheless, a small, almost unknown cast will bring this to second.

50 first dates will drop down to third, as the sandler film will pass the $60 million mark.

Against the Ropes i think will take the fourth place spot. It has been promoted poorly, but word of mouth and some meg ryan marks will definatly secure it a $10 million plus opening for the women who are married to the guys who saw the other three movies above.

Miracle will surpass Barbershop 2 for the fifth place, as the barshop demographic falls and Word of mouth has made miracle look like a must see sports flick.

Confessions of a teenage drama queen will take the seventh spot. This VERY poorly advertised film has been trying to reach the young female demographic, yet i think this will bomb.

8th place will be fought by You Got Served, the Critically and Viewer Panned dance film, and Romantic Comedy Along Came Polly.

Rounding out the top 10 is The Butterfly Effect.

No way welcome to mooseport will open at number one. I'm thinkin Confessions will be number one, with a huge drop for 50 First Dates. Eurotrip will be 2nd, Miracle at 3rd. Barbershop will be number 4 while welcome to mooseport will be anywhere from 5-8. Same thing applies to against the ropes. You guys have no idea how large a following lindsay lohan has with teenage and preteen girls.

Confessions WILL get 7 million, the advertisings horrible and rarely scene on major networks.

Welcome to Mooseport could very well bomb. I mean anything less than 2nd Place for a film with these stars would in my opinion be considered to be a bomb. I have a feeling this is going to tank and if it doesn't it will be b/c people will be curious to go see Romano's transition to the big screen. I would intrested to see the viewers reaction coming out from this film.

Welcome to Mooseport has the highest amount of theaters then any other movie premeiring this weekend with 2,867, second is Eurotrip, 3rd is Confessions and Against the Ropes only has 1500...more then almost 1000 less then any other movie being released this weekend. And 50 First Dates is on top with more then 3600...so I think 50 First Dates will come out on top again.
