Netflix is currently filing a lawsuit against Fox Studios. What does this mean for Arrested Development Season 5?? This show is owned by Fox but currently being distributed and continued by Netflix..

That is horrible news! This show means too much to some of us (even the much-maligned season 4) to be jeopardized by inter-corporate lawsuits! Let's pray it won't affect any future AD seasons on Netflix! Fox wouldn't know how to market it!

What is the lawsuit for specifically?

There are currently a lot of FOX shows on Netflix, and that would be sad if they suddenly all disappeared. I wonder if it has anything to do with the rumors that Disney is about to purchase Netflix.
