Charlie's date in the episode "Winky Dink Time"

What exactly do you think was the backstory with Charlie and that woman--whose name we don't even learn! She claims that she and Charlie never spent the night together, to which Charlie responds "Well, no wonder I don't remember you!", which is what makes me think that perhaps she was not one of Charlie's flings.

Actually, her name appears in the end credits. As for the story, I think it was like his relationship with MIA: He wanted sex immediately and she wanted to wait until the relationship became serious. I'm guessing they dated a bunch of times, but he got tired of waiting and broke up with her. Gently, I mean, which is why she wasn't angry at him in the episode.
