I like in this season when Dangle and Wiegle were talking to him about masturbating in the kids book nook at the library. Weigel said "say yes or no, Terry." Terry says "Yes or no" in this weird voice. So Weigel says again "Terry, say yes or no!" and Terry says "I just did" in the weird voice. It looked like the actor was about to crack up. I love when Terry is in the episode. He is so funny.
