Woman? Transexual? If Transexual is she 1) pre or post op and 2) female to male or male to female? Sorry, I'm not trolling... I really don't get it.

Yes, she's a biological woman who simply got too much into building the 'perfect' muscular body. 'Perfect' in quotes because the human body isn't supposed to handle that and people who put their bodies to the test tend to not live long enough.
