What does Elle mean when she calls Budd a "bushwhacking" piece of shit?
I looked up the term on Google. Apparently it can refer to (among other definitions):
* the activity of living or travelling in wild or uncultivated country.
* making a surprise attack on (someone) from a hidden place.
Both of these apply to Budd, so I'm wondering which meaning was intended. Is she ridiculing his lifestyle? His combat strategy? Cheers.
