Oh The Hypocrisy...

of TV censors!!
I watched this over the weekend on SciFi Network, and am left with the question:

WHY IS IT OK to show multiple scenes of blood spurting, eyes graphically being pierced by swords, decapitations, etc, BUT IT IS NOT OK to show some naked women?

Seems to me that this attitude of violence=OK and wholesome while sex and nudity= bad bad BAD is a big part of why this country is in the mess it's in now!

reply

yeah, quite...can hardly imagine how the country with the biggest porn industry makes a ruckus about a nipple appearing somewhere...it´s hilarious, to say the least...

reply

SciFi sucks balls, whats really funny is that Fox will show everything, I watched Blood on Satan's Claw the other night and it had full frontal nudity ( I thought the girl looked like she was 14)

There's enough feces here to chase a coprophiliac from their desires.

reply

just rent the movie
or move to a country that shows frontal nudity.

Because the former is fake and the latter is real?

When TV starts showing real violence in entertainment programs, then you would have a point.

No blah, blah, blah!

Mixed Martial Arts and boxing aren't real violence?

I was thinking something like a knifing or shooting (or what I actually commented on - "multiple scenes of blood spurting, eyes graphically being pierced by swords, decapitations, etc,") than something that is legal and consensual.

No blah, blah, blah!
