My local cinema wasn't equipped with 3D when this was released, but it was a great experience all the same.

It's okay in 3D but that doesn't really add that much,imo.

shareI saw it in 3D when it came out in theaters and remember it not really being effective. I only remember like, one scene where the 3D popped out: when Chowder is on the bulldozer and spooks DJ (not during the climax).

It's just not a great movie, and not terribly visually impressive with or without 3D. It's set in the suburbs, even with 3D and supernatural elements, you can't make anything suburban knock your eyes out.
