Blow Out

I just re-watched this episode, and I was so moved by it. It must have taken all the courage Alistor had to land that plane, and I commend him for his bravery, it was truly inspiring. It was an amazing feat of flying, and a wonderful episode. Absolutely fantastic.

Did you know about the slutty sex your slutty friend had with my super slutty husband?

I just saw it for the first time.

I came on the internet because I was hoping to contact them all somehow, but.. nevermind. That Alistair guy... is a true hero. I can't believe he did what he did, but whew... I'm well impressed. Saved himself, and all those people, by staying calm under insane circumstances.

But I did feel sorry for one of the stewards. I think it traumatised him and he looked a bit messed up by it. The pilot who nearly died... was back flying again in no time. But this poor steward looks like his life was pretty much ended by it. He said, "I think it about it every...single...day...". It sounds to me like he needs some kind of trauma councelling, and that seriously pisses me off... Not only did people wrong him and everyone on that plane by allowing it to happen in the first place.... but now that its happened, nobody is there to support him.

:(

I hope he is ok anyway. He needs to realise he is a hero too and that he was a key part to saving all those people, that plane landing, and that pilot still being alive today. And then he needs to somehow learn to let it go. It was a crazy day but its all over now, and he won. Live life and be happy and don't dwell on it.

that episode affected me too, i came online trying to find the news articles they were looking at, but i couldnt find them.

yeh poor nigel, he seemed more affected than the engineer who caused the whole thing, altho he was an actor and they never showed the real guy, so we cant tell and i shouldnt say that :)
