The mostly forgotten 2006 film Just My Luck revolves around Lindsay Lohan being incredibly lucky and, after kissing him at a party, switching fortunes with Chris Pine who is incredibly unlucky which results in him achieving good fortune while she suffers frequent humiliation. That would be a pretty accurate summary of Their subsequent careers: Chris Pine was cast in Star Trek (2009) shortly after and became an A-List star whose career is still respected and going strong over ten years later. Lindsay Lohan's career had already been suffering with her frequent instances of primadonna behavior and it was dealt a serious blow a year later by I Know Who Killed Me, a failure she still hasn't fully recovered from. Ten years on, what work she can get is mostly ignored, she's frequently brought up only as a punchline or a sad example of a young actor whose career ultimately never became what everyone imagined and it's getting less likely that she'll ever recover anything like the fame she once had.
Very sad...
