Did anyone think that prothestic penis they put on Felicity was just totally unrealistic looking? It looked like a sex toy. (Not that I would know what one would look like...)

It WAS a sex toy...but it was rigged to shoot
a stream of yellow water that looked like urine..

How does commenting on the prosthetic piece make me a child? I was just observing that Bree/Stanley's penis looked so fake that I thought they would've made or gotten one that looked more real. But then again, of course this is a small, independent film. If I were to make an unecessary or off-color joke about Felicity's looks or the shot of her, post-op in the bathtub then maybe you would have more reason to call me a child.

I thought it was a bit big... Don't the hormones male-to-female transexuals take make everything down there shrink? [Unless Stanley had been very well-endowed..!] Maybe they made it so prominent just to make sure everyone got the point.

What planet are you from? Have you ever actually seen a penis? I have one myself, and it looked realistic to me. Of course, I'm not 12-years-old anymore and didn't obsess over this and rewind and play that little bit over and over, frame by frame.

If you didn't know that it was prosthetic (because the actress is a woman in real life) and it was a male actor instead, would you still feel the same? Probably not.

You may be immature, but I thought the same thing, that it did indeed look way too fake, and should have remained off screen, not that I'm a prude, far from it!
But it was either too big to be flaccid, or inappropriately erect. Have you ever tried peeing with a hard erection? It's damn near impossible with all the muscles in there clenched, squeezing the pathways shut.
Since they couldn't make it look real, it totally took me out of the movie, which is the only reason I felt it should have been left off screen. We would have understood the scene just fine with the boy's looking into the rear-view and reaction shots.

Haha....it was fake. In an interview Felicity said there wasn't even a need for one in the film but she went to sex store and bought one and even nicknamed it Andy.

"If I make a fool of myself, who cares? I'm not frightened by anyone's perception of me"

It probably was. It looked terribly oversized as well, but I guess they were trying to make sure the audience spotted it.
