Does anybody else think that the main character should have been played by a male actor? Even though she did a good job, I got the feeling throughout the film that Bree was a lady pretending to be a guy who wanted to be a gal. Not a guy who wanted to be a gal! Any thoughts?
shareI understand. If I hadn't been a Desperate Housewives fan I don't think it would have been distracting, and it was only a little. I think she did a great job so it doesn't bother me. I am curious why they didn't hire a real transgender female. I just wonder why not but it doesn't bother me either way.
"Ich lüge" is German for "I'm lying".
I did not know the actress and wondered if she were actually transgender, so I say no. I think it would have been interesting and groundbreaking to have a transgender actress though.
