Yes. When the stepfather said "I missed you." Toby replied with "I know what you missed, you missed my mouth, my ass. You gonna *beep* me right here in front of them?" and when the stepfather punched him down he said "Want me to suck it for you? I know you liked it when I cried."

Soo...I'm guessing he did.

Yes, I believe it was the stepfather who had probably led Toby into the lifestyle he had fallen into.

Not only had the father obviously sexually abused and raped Toby, but he was obviously domestically violent and had probably beaten both Toby and his wife. Possibly the stepfather had even prompted Toby's mother's suicide.
