I am a little confused about something. That scene where they stop and stay with their friend, Bree says to her friend - dressed in a blouse and skirt, "So and so said you're Stealth"and her friend replied "I am but this is the comfort of my own home". So does that mean that her friend is woman that usually poses as a woman in public but in the comfort of her own home she was a woman?..

No, it means she's a transsexual who in public poses as a woman, but in her private home is open about the fact that she's not a biologically born woman.
