There's a scene in which Jean is talking to a lady who's smoking a cigarette. Who is that character?
shareShe was a woman who also had a child in the rehab center. She told Jean that she "lost" her son and her husband because of the accident her son was in (I believe he was hit by a drunk driver?). She was upset and bitter and kind of warning Jean that families very often fall apart after a child is in a traumatic accident/illness.
