Don't know if I can choose. Electro & Rhino was just painful to watch. "Dark" Peter was just as painful.

ASM 2. SM 3 was actually genuinely underrated, imo.

Amazing Spider-Man 2 was borderline unwatchable, there are some really great scenes in Spider-Man 3.
shareSpider-Man 3. Electro is a pretty C level villain. His powers are cool but he's never been a big mastermind in the comics like the first 2 villains mentioned in my screen name. He's never been a big favorite. He's entertaining but he's not the best. Rhino has been portrayed as Brawn with no brains in every comic I've read. I like him more as a Hulk villain which he was for a while back in the mid to late 60s. So maybe that's why I wasn't disappointed. Harry was fine. He also seemed more messed up and screwed over than Raimi's Harry who at least had a butler to look after him. Harry had no one except that secretary named Felicia and Peter.
Spider-Man 3 though has a lot of scenes I can't stand to watch. Like Peter/|Tobey Maguire dancing down the streets of New York and in a bar making a fool of himself in front of billions of people. Tobey has no dignity doing those scenes. I would've refused to do those scenes if I were him. Raimi should be ashamed of himself for doing them at all.

Electro, Harry Osborn were terrible. The Rhino and Norman Osborn were jokes. I couldn't stand Garfield's Spider-Man, I thought he was really annoying and unlikable instead of funny and friendly-neighborhood. Yeah emo Peter was dumb but he went away. Garfield's hipster Peter was worse because that's who he really was.
Both films sucked, but Spidey 3 was still better cause of several scenes

TASM2 was still much worse; SM3 had some pretty bad versions of Sandman and Venom and so-so plotline with Peter but TASM2 had much worse versions of Peter and Harry.
TASM2 was worse. Atleast Spider-Man 3 had good action scenes, better villains and wasn't a movie building up to another movie unlike TASM2. All the villains in TASM2 were underused in order to give more time to the plot about the Parents (which nobody gave two craps about). As crappy as Venom was, atleast he was a more of a threat to Spider-Man than any of the *beep* villains in TASM2 were.
