REASON FOR FAILURE:(BAD SCRIPT), TOO MANY VILLAINS WAS [NOT] THE REASON

People said: "Theres too many villains" in this movie and in amazing spiderman 2, COINCIDENCE, the REAL reason was that spiderman 3 and amazing spiderman 2 had a BAD SCRIPT. Just look at the writing of both movies. But NO, people SOMEHOW MAGICALLY THINK that adding too many villains makes it a bad movie, look at civil war adding a lot of heroes, that turned out well, its not the characters, its the (((SCRIPT, WRITING, SCRIPT)))

What Spiderman 3 and TASM2 had in common was a BAD SCRIPT.

Multiple villains create story problems in the script. In order to justify the presence of each villain, you have to give them story arcs that may make story more convoluted and hard to follow. If Spider-Man had only one villain, it would definitely had more cohesive story.
